报告人简介：Prof. Akiyama studied at the University of Tokyo, and received his Ph D in 1985 for work supervised by Teruaki Mukaiyama. From 1985-1988, he worked as a research chemist at Shionogi Research Laboratories, and from 1988-1992, he was assistant professor at Ehime University. In 1992, he worked with Professor B. M. Trost as a visiting scholar at Stanford University. In 1994, he joined Gakushuin University, where he is currently full professor. Prof. Akiyama’s research interests are in asymmetric reactions catalyzed by chiral Brosted acids, metal-catalyzed transformations, and activation of C-F bonds.
